Flyington Freighters is a start-up all-cargo airline based in Hyderabad, India. It plans to operates services in the India to China market. Services were to be launched in December 2006, but this has been delayed until mid-2007. The airline is owned by Deccan Holdings. Flyington Freighters started its operations on July 2007 and has planned to operate to destinations such as China, Europe, Africa and West Asia.

Fleet

Leased aircraft will be used to launch services and new Airbus A330-200F and Boeing 777F freighters will enter service from 2009.

In January 2007 Flyington Freighters ordered six Airbus A330-200F aircraft, becoming the first cargo airline to order the type, with the first delivery in the second half of 2009.

In May 2007 it was announced that the airline had selected the Airbus A330-200F freighter for its entire fleet and signed a firm order for six aircraft, re-affirming its earlier commitment with contract signing on May 9 2007 in Mumbai. It will be world’s first operator of the new aircraft. The airline also announced that it wouldn't proceed with the order for Boeing aircraft.Further Information
